Hotel a Cross Timbers

“Booked a room for my mother and my son to go swim. The pool was ice cold. They refused to turn the heater on in the pool and argued with my mom so the water was freezing. The room was flooded. Had to switch rooms. There was workers there at 1 AM outside banging on trailers so there was no sleep. And 6am the workers are back outside banging. Muddy boots in the hallway and the hotel staff are rude and could care less.”

“The shower curtain was a ripped up, hair in the tub, no Kleenex, blood stains on pillows the bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled of pine soul and musky. Also the dust along the walls was bad. The room definitely needs deep cleaning. Also the microwave had food splatter. I took pictures”

“The whole process was simple and easy. The cabin was amazing and beautiful. Definitely returning to escape the whole and unwind.”

“Unclean room. Air conditioning plug did not work. Stayed two days and the maid left room with dirty towels and unclean, ( as it was when we checked in). Very disappointing!”
